Responsibilities
- Needs analysis, creating and executing presentations to demonstrate our ability to meet specific customer needs
- Quote follow-up and order closing – Build trust with customers throughout the pre-sale process in order to continually close new sales
- Seek/generate new quoting opportunities: follow-up qualified prospects and build relationships through phone, F2F visits, email, Skype/Zoom, etc
- Lead generation: qualify new prospects to increase database size, seek and follow project opportunities
- Visit relevant industry trade shows to meet & greet with existing and potential customers and build trust in the industry
- Requoting/estimating if/as required (mostly done by others)
- Other sales & marketing activities as required within team
- Assist in developing and continuously improving sales processes, scripts and tools to improve ROI
