Built on five generations of electrical engineering expertise, Metroid was founded by Stephen Weeks in 1993 as a specialist manufacturer for the Department of Defence.
30 years later and in the hands of the second generation of five Weeks brothers, Metroid continues to evolve and expand their in-house switchboard manufacturing capabilities and has become a vital part of many of Australia’s key infrastructure, mining and industrial projects.

Metroid has a talented team of over 60 experienced professionals to drive your projects from start to finish, including project managers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, automation engineers, sheet metal fabricators, powder coaters, fitters, electricians, and apprentices.
We continue to heavily invest in training and developing the team with technical skills, safety, leadership, productivity and any relevant qualifications required.
